Extend, cancel, or check your trip

Change a booking, view your receipt, and handle a late return.

Extend a trip

  1. On an active trip, tap Extend trip.
  2. Pick a later drop-off on the calendar. It greys out dates that are taken, and blocks the extension entirely if the next day is already booked.
  3. Review the extra cost and send the request. The host approves it, and you pay the difference to them.

Cancel

Tap Cancel on an upcoming trip. Free cancellation applies until the cut-off shown on the trip; after that the deposit may be affected.

Receipts and late returns

Open any trip to view its receipt. If you return the car late (beyond the grace window), the extra hours are added to your total and settled with the host.
