Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Mottars, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Mottars for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Mottars
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
User Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Vehicle Listings
Users who list vehicles for sale or rent are responsible for:
- Providing accurate descriptions and information about their vehicles
- Ensuring they have legal right to sell or rent the vehicle
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining vehicles in the condition described
- Handling all paperwork and legal requirements for vehicle transfer
Dealer-to-Dealer Resell Feature
Verified dealers may enable the resell feature on their vehicle listings, allowing other verified dealers to resell those vehicles. By using this feature, you agree to the following:
For Car Owners (Original Listers)
- You may enable reselling on your vehicle listings and set a commission percentage (0-100%)
- You retain full control over vehicle information, pricing, images, and listing status
- You are responsible for paying agreed-upon commissions to resellers when sales occur through their referral links
- Commission tracking is provided for informational purposes only - actual payment is handled directly between dealers
- You may disable reselling at any time, but commissions remain owed for sales that occurred while reselling was enabled
For Resellers
- Only verified dealers may resell vehicles from other dealers
- You may not edit vehicle information, pricing, images, or other details - only the original owner can make changes
- You may share your unique referral link to track potential buyers
- Commissions are calculated automatically when a sale occurs through your referral link
- Commission amounts are informational - actual payment is handled directly with the original owner
- You may remove vehicles from your resell listings at any time
- You are responsible for accurately representing vehicles you resell and ensuring buyers understand you are a reseller
Important: Mottars provides commission tracking for informational purposes only. We do not process payments between dealers. All commission payments are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
Transactions
Mottars acts as a platform to connect buyers, renters, and dealers. We are not a party to transactions between users. Users are solely responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy of information provided by other users
- Conducting their own inspections and due diligence
- Negotiating terms and conditions of sale or rental
- Completing all necessary documentation
- Resolving disputes directly with other users
Payment and Fees
Some features of our platform may require payment of fees. All fees are clearly disclosed before you commit to a transaction. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time with notice. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mottars and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Content Licence & Social Media Promotion
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Mottars, including vehicle photos, descriptions, pricing, and other listing details ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Mottars a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, resize, and publish Your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform and your listings. This expressly includes automatically sharing and re-posting your listings — including photos and generated video slideshows — to Mottars' connected marketing and social media channels, which may include Telegram, WhatsApp, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to Your Content and that its publication as described above does not infringe the rights of any third party. You may remove a listing at any time, which stops future automated posting of that listing; however, content already published to a third-party platform is subject to that platform's own systems and may continue to appear there until removed through that platform.
Disclaimer
The materials on Mottars are provided on an "as is" basis. Mottars makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitations
In no event shall Mottars or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Mottars, even if Mottars or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
