Create a rental listing and upload vehicle documents

Create the listing

1. From your rental console, tap New listing and add the car's details and photos.
2. Set your daily rate, drive mode (chauffeur, self-drive, or both), and trip length limits.
3. Set the rental terms: mileage cap, fuel policy, insurance, minimum renter age, and an optional refundable security deposit.

Upload vehicle documents

Renting to strangers carries real liability, so each car is verified. On the listing's edit page, open Vehicle documents and upload:

• Proof of ownership (registration in your name, or written authorisation)
• Insurance certificate (with its expiry)
• Roadworthiness certificate (with its expiry)

Tap Submit for review. Once an admin approves them, your listing can go live.

Tip

Keep documents current. If a document is rejected, you will see the reason and can re-upload just that one.
